As a Water Process Senior Engineer within the South East Asia Technical and Performance department, you will play a vital role in supporting our operations and contributing to the successful execution of technical projects. You will leverage your technical expertise to assist in the development and modification of water process assets, ensuring that projects are delivered to high standards of quality, safety, and compliance.
Your responsibilities will include providing:

• Technical Guidance to development, operations, and engineering teams, and staying informed about emerging technologies and industry trends to support continuous improvement.
• Operational Support by regularly visiting operating plants, engaging with plant teams to understand their needs and challenges, and help address technical issues as they arise.
• Project Management: Play a role within the team to plan, organize, and manage technical projects from conception to completion, including scope definition, resource allocation, and project timelines.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to drive projects with guidance to completion with minimal oversight, with an dedication to deadlines and commitments
• Effective multitasking - prioritize workload, and delegate tasks to others as needed.
• Team Management by sharing knowledge and mentoring operations team members within the BU, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Communicate technical progress, challenges, and solutions to project leads and relevant stakeholders, and support risk identification and mitigation activities as part of the project team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Chemical or Environmental Engineering, preferably with graduate studies
• Proven experience in technical project management or leadership roles.
• Experience / Exposure to Regional / International projects.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in environmental, municipal water or waste water industry or engineering.

Additional Information
Notes:

• Candidates with higher experience will also be considered suitably.
• Successful candidates will be working in the main office located at Science Park and may occasionally be going to Tuas office
• Incumbents must be willing to work in Tuas South vicinity occasionally
• Company transport is provided at Boon Lay MRT.
