Accountable for the timely and efficient implementation of the requirements defined in the Engineering Execution Plan and Basis of Design and assures that the project safety / technical integrity culture is incorporated into all engineering plans, work processes and deliverables.
HSE leadership in line with the KBR ‘Zero Harm 24/7, Courage to Care’ culture, behaviour and engagement activities
Responsibility for the safety and technical engineering assurance of the project
Working directly with client engineering specialist for studies and evaluations, application of client specifications and similar activities concerned with engineering and design
Prepare, issue and deliver to established engineering work scopes, budgets and execution plans
Ensure the project engineering team is adequately staffed and direct all engineering functions
Support the set-up the integrated engineering tools to be used on the project required to ensure effective multi-office execution (as applicable). Including discipline work plans and divisions of responsibility.
Ensure that all engineering deliverables produced across the project are in compliance with the applicable project requirements / Basis of Design
Ensure that relevant project specifications, site data, applicable codes and standards, and client requirements are included in the design
Technical change management assessment / approval process
Provide a culture of technical integrity and deliver the engineering design and integrity management
Audit engineering activities at all operating centres to assure engineering quality and consistency of work processes
Management review and approval for key engineering deliverables such as PFDs, P&IDs, plot plans, bid summaries, study reports, specifications and data sheets
Ensuring applicable technical lessons learnt are captured and incorporated in the design
Provide strong technical leadership

Job Requirements:-
Engineering Degree with minimum 20 years’ of relevant experience in Offshore Oil and Gas Projects
Prior experience of similar Engineering Manager role on similar projects
Proven track record of meeting project safety and quality metrics
Proven track record of meeting schedule and cost metrics
Ability to lead and drive the team to success
Ability to build constructive and positive relationship with the client and other key stakeholders
