What You'll Do:

Project Leadership & Execution + Oversee end-to-end delivery of electrical projects from design through commissioning.
+ Manage cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely, on-budget execution.
+ Coordinate with clients, consultants, and regulatory bodies to align project goals and compliance.
Technical Oversight + Review and approve system designs for Solar PV arrays, BESS configurations, smart metering architecture, and BMS integration.
+ Ensure interoperability across systems and adherence to IEC standards and local codes.
+ Lead troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues during installation and commissioning.
Planning & Documentation + Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and risk registers.
+ Prepare technical documentation, progress reports, and handover packages.
+ Support tender preparation, cost estimation, and technical proposals.
Quality & Safety + Enforce site safety protocols and ensure compliance with workplace and company safety regulations.
+ Conduct quality assurance checks and performance validation of installed systems.

What You'll Need:

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field. Minimum 5-8 years of experience managing electrical infrastructure projects. Proven track record in Solar PV, Smart Metering, and Battery Storage projects will be advantageous. Hands-on experience with BMS systems and integration with HVAC, lighting, and energy monitoring. Familiarity with IEC standards (e.g., 60870-5-101), SCADA protocols Candidates with PMP certification will be favourably considered.
