Summary of Role: GlobalfFoundries is looking for an experienced manufacturing system engineer to join our team as a Principal Engineer for the Factory Automation team. Candidates must have experience in 300mm automated semiconductor fab and good understanding of fab operation. Essential Responsibilities: - Lead projects (Automated work-flow application) throughout the development life cycle including integration test and documentation. - Lead cross functional teams (Manufacturing, Process, Equipment, PI, Planner, PC) through the entire project implementation. - Training and support of automated work-flow application Other Responsibilities: - Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs Required Qualifications: - Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in high volume 300mm semiconductor fabrication plant with factory automation project - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology / Information System / Computer Engineering / CIM / Computer Science / Industrial Engineering / Electrical, Electronics Engineering - Expert in Applied Materials APF product family (AMA, Formatter and Reporter) - Expert in flowchart creation (Visio or similar), MS office suite - Fluency in English Language - written & verbal - Strong analytical skills - Good interpersonal skills GlobalFoundries is an equal opportunity employer, cultivating a diverse and inclusive workforce.
