Get to know our Team : The Singapore Commercial Merchant team manages Grab’s enterprise partners to help grow their business within Grab’s ecosystem. We build strategic relationships and establish Grab’s unique value proposition through different merchant solutions. Successful candidates will bring a dynamic combination of IQ and EQ, an ability to think strategically and execute tactically, with strong interpersonal skills to maximize value in cross-functional engagements & implementations. You will be joining the Regional Commercial team and work with some of our most beloved partners within the Grab ecosystem in Southeast Asia
Get to know the Role : As an Enterprise Account Manager (FMCG), you will be responsible for:

  • Establishing and managing strong business relationships with existing and potential new FMCG brands to drive growth on Grab
  • Leading all elements of account management, including business identification, business development strategy, partner negotiation, day-to-day account management, and execution of key initiatives
Your day-to-day activities will include:
  • Developing the growth strategies for the assigned categories/ brands on Grab platform
  • Working alongside Regional Commercial team to develop and drive Joint Business Plans with FMCG brands
  • Planning of marketing campaigns to drive portfolio sales across the various verticals on Grab (e.g. GrabFood, GrabMart, etc)
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure successful planning, setup and execution of campaigns
  • Tracking of Objectives & Key Results (OKRs) and campaign metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns
  • Conducting regular business review sessions with FMCG partners/ suppliers to review business performance, SKU range optimization, trading terms, marketing plans and provide insights & recommendations,
  • Identifying, negotiating on commercial terms, acquiring and onboarding new FMCG partners
The must haves :
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience (including account management/business development/partnerships or equivalent) within the FMCG/retail industry
  • Experience in managing e-commerce preferred
  • Bachelor (or above) degree in Business/ Management or equivalent
  • Excellent communication & presentation capabilities
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Detail-oriented and strong problem solving skills
