As an Equipment Engineer, your job purpose is to:

• Work Independently & will be responsible for Equipment documentations, Equipment RA, EIA, Maintenance Procedures, PM Checklist, TPMC System and executing task with a group of equipment and process personnel within ST and partners to achieve the best possible Maintenance cost, equipment reliability, equipment performance as well as supporting R&D activities.
• To provide spare parts codification, PR / PO and logistics support required for CM and PM activities

You will be responsible for:

• Training the recruits, supervising junior colleagues, and demonstrating leadership skills
• Procedures, specification writings or defining improvement actions without much supervision
• Organizing meeting and reports on the progress to the direct supervisor & team
• Meeting the vendors for improvements or to resolve problems.
• Adhering to escalation policy ensuring proper management notification and technical direction while developing action plans to resolve all situations.
• To perform other duties as assigned by their supervisor.

Profile

You are suitable for this role if you are/ have:

• Diploma/ Bachelor Degree in engineering field
• At least 6-10 years relevant work experience in wafer fab
• Good knowledge of semiconductor device physics
• Strong interest in technical research
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, team work spirit, self-motivated and willing to learn attitude
• Ability to work independently and initiative
