Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to drive and manage the technical enablement of New Product Introduction (NPI) projects for Final Test Equipment. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in improving equipment uptime performance, reducing maintenance costs, and enhancing quality and yield.

In your new role you will:

Drive NPI Projects

: Lead the technical enablement of NPI projects for Final Test Equipment, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.

Equipment Uptime Performance

: Drive projects to improve equipment uptime performance, achieving target equipment efficiency and maximizing productivity.

Maintenance Cost Reduction

: Implement and drive maintenance cost reduction projects, improving overall equipment effectiveness and reducing downtime.

Quality and Yield Improvement

: Drive and implement quality and yield improvement projects, ensuring high-quality products and customer satisfaction.

Data Analysis and Reporting

: Implement and use data analysis and reporting tools such as

Tableau

to analyze data, identify trends, and inform decision-making.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) Preventive Maintenance

: Drive and implement a rule-based (AI) preventive and predictive maintenance improvement program to maintain equipment stability and optimize performance.

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:


Degree in

Mechatronic

,

Mechanical

Electronics

,

Electrical

, or

Industrial Engineering

.

Industry Experience

: Experience in the

semiconductor industry

, particularly in

Final Test equipment

, is highly desirable. Familiarity with

Tri temp IC Test Handler

equipment, such as

Delta Matrix

or

Advantest M48xx series

, is preferred. Strong knowledge and inclination in implementing

data analysis tools

,

Artificial Intelligence

, and

Problem Solving tools

are essential. Proven experience in

project management

, with the ability to coordinate and execute multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent

communication skills

, with the ability to provide timely updates to various stakeholders and ensure seamless collaboration. Strong desire to build up

technical competency

, with a focus on continuous learning and professional growth.

Candidates with education background in AI/ML or Automations or Robotics with no working experience will also be considered for this role
