About the Role:


The Senior Events Executive is responsible for organizing, planning and executing all internal school events which fall under the remit of the Community Engagement department. In addition, the Senior Events Executive will assist other departments to provide events guidance and support as required.

Position Requirements:


? A love of events! This role requires someone who loves the dynamic and fast paced role of managing events which vary from small to very large.
? Ability to manage multiple high priority tasks in a fast paced, highly demanding environment
? The calendar of events is busy year round, so this position requires a bundle of energy, who thrives on everyday being different.
? Highly developed communication, interpersonal and influencing skills to motivate and work effectively with individuals and teams.
? Strong organizational, prioritizing and time management skills.
? Management skills to successfully perform the planning, directing, reporting and administrative responsibilities.
? Ability to prepare informative and concise summary reports, debriefs and provide ideas to improve events in the next instance.
? Highly developed communication, interpersonal and influencing skills to motivate and work effectively with
? Ability to work independently as well as participate enthusiastically in organizational teams. Proficiency with various software programs to manage functions of the role.
? Awareness of commercial sensitivity and demands for confidentiality. ?
? Acceptance of some after-hours work on weekdays and weekends as events are often held at times outside of general working hours for availability of our working parents.
? Shared commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
? Act as a key custodian of the Stamford brand, vision and values in all internal communications, and promote this with other stakeholders

Qualifications:


? Degree or Diploma required
? At least 3 years' experience in events organization.
? Experience in dealing with stakeholders at all levels.
? Strong organizational, prioritizing, and time management skills.
