The Opportunity The Marketing team is looking for a driven, creative and data-savvy marketer to help us grow. You will work closely with the Marketing Lead to develop cross-channel campaigns, partnerships, and community development initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the formulation of marketing strategies; plan and execute cross-channel marketing campaigns for Image Engine\'s events within stipulated timeline and budget.
Write, edit, and proofread marketing content.
Manage design, production, and distribution of marketing materials.
Plan and manage social media content calendar.
Implement content marketing initiatives to enhance search results and boost Google rankings.
Maintain website and social media accounts, monitor traffic and performance.
Manage digital advertising campaigns to generate leads and drive event registrations.
Assist with PR activities, including crafting press releases and coordinating media engagements.
Manage sponsorships and partnerships marketing fulfilment.
Assist in managing marketing database, perform segmentation study to draw insights and actionable plans that supports database growth.
Track, analyse, and report campaign performance for optimisation.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Manage relationships with external suppliers, agencies, media, and collaborators.
Essential Job Requirements:
A diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2-3 years of proven experience in integrated marketing with a focus on driving impactful results, either in an agency or in-house. Previous experience in B2B event marketing is a plus.
Advanced knowledge of digital marketing practices, including Google Analytics, SEO, PPC, and social media campaigns.
Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content across all marketing channels.
Entrepreneurial spirit with a self-starting mentality and resourcefulness to drive projects forward independently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to persuade and influence stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to identify trends and insights to inform marketing strategies.
Critical thinking and a hunger for learning from others with a collaborative mindset to challenge the status quo.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Able to conptualise and produce simple design work with tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, etc.
Keen attention to detail with a focus on aesthetics and quality.
High sense of ownership and pride in work with a dedication to achieving outstanding results.
Experience in managing website CMS platforms, marketing automation or CRM programmes such as Pardot, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc. is preferred.
