To provide support to the administration of Human Resources functions in the Saw Swee Hock School of Public Health.
- Management of the appointments of Adjunct, Visiting Staff & Academic Visitors
- Management of the appointments of Tenurable, Educator, Research, and Practice Track for Academic Staff
- Management of the recruitment and on-boarding of new staff of all the above-mentioned categories
- Manage and schedule campus visits for new hires
- Monitor and manage Mid-term Tenure Progress Advisory Report (MTAR submission) and Promotion and Tenure submission
- Provide updates and reports to MOH, PVO, OHR, NUHS, and other stakeholders
- Provide updates to various offices in the School on new appointments and changes to appointments
- Maintain School's organisation chart
- Participate in planning of activities under the purview of the office
- Any other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum a Degree from a recognised institution, preferably in Human Resources Management
- Good analytical, writing, communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Meticulous, resourceful and innovative with a positive work attitude and responsive and adaptive to changes
- Good team player, pleasant disposition, able to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, in particular to Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
