Established in 1981, the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE) is one of the founding Schools of the Nanyang Technological University. Built on a culture of excellence, the School is renowned for its high academic standards and research. It is one of the largest EEE schools in the world, with more than 120 faculty members and an enrolment of more than 4,000, of which about 1,000 are graduate students.We now invite applications for the position of Senior Executive \xe2\x80\x93 Administrative Support.Reporting to the Assistant Director, EEE Students Office in the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, the incumbent plays a crucial part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of our office.Key Responsibilities:Workplace Safety OfficerFulfill the critical role of Workplace Safety Officer within the office and student laboratory spaces, ensuring that safety protocols and measures are diligently maintained to provide a secure environment for all.Collateral and Inventory ManagementManage the inventory of collateral, promotional materials, and stock.Monitor inventory levels and arrange restocking as needed.Implement efficient tracking systems for office assets.Upkeeping of various venues under the Students Office.Administrative and Event Logistic SupportAssist in the planning and execution of office events and activities.Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, equipment rental, and vendor management.Assist with event setup and breakdown.Manage event budgets and track expenses.Requirements:Bachelor Degree.Relevant administrative experience, preferably with event planning experience is preferred.Prior relevant experience in safety management is preferred.Strong organizational and time management skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.Hiring Institution: NTU
