Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine (LKCMedicine) is looking for a Senior Executive who is resourceful, thrives in complexity and works well in a team.The Senior Executive, Admissions, Projects and Electives will play a key role mainly in, but not limited to the following:Admissions:Support the overall admissions cycle for the undergraduate MBBS degree programmeWork as a team to plan, organise and implement the Multiple Mini Interviews (Admissions interviews)Assist in managing the offer and acceptance numbers to meet admissions targetHandle admissions and programme-related queries from prospective students, and participate in LKCMedicine outreach eventsStudent-Researcher Immersion Prgramme (SRIP)Manage the end-to-end administration of the SRIPElectivesSupport the administration of incoming and outgoing student elective programmesPolicies, Systems and ProceduresSupport auditKnowledgeable on NTU and LKCMedicine student travel policiesSupport the digitalisation of work processesAssist to update Standard Operating Procedures within job scopeAdministrationAssist in LKCMedicine events as rosteredOther department level administrative tasksRequirements:A recognised degree in any discipline, with at least 3 years of relevant experience in education administrationExperience in handling student exchange, preferably gained in a higher education institution will be an advantage.Proficiency in statistics and Microsoft Office applicationsExperience with data managementResilient, meticulous and analyticalAbility to multi-task and work independently under time pressureExcellent communication skills (written and verbal)This is a 3 years contract appointment.Hiring Institution: LKC
