Job Description
Contribute to the achievement of annual student enrolment targets by ensuring that all administrative processes related to the university admissions and immigration processing are completed in an accurate and timely manner.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible in market intelligence work on international entry standards for opportunities and continuous improvement
- Ensure that the University is consistent with the latest trends and entry requirements remain competitive
- Maintain student records in existing systems to ensure that its capacity and functionality meet admissions purposes
- Understand the various entry requirements for entry into JCU\'s offered courses in Singapore
- Administer the University\'s admissions process to ensure that all new student applications are processed in a timely manner which includes issuance of CPE-Student Contract, processing of ICA student pass application and Reporting Day preparation
- Minimum 3 years\' administrative and/or market research experience
- Preferably with experience in Admissions within the education industry
- Experience at tasks which are methodical and require accuracy
- Experience at tasks which requires high levels of organisation
- Experience with communicating with various stakeholders from diverse background
Monthly Remuneration: Up to SGD 4,000
