You will ensure that medical records are sorted, prepared, scanned, indexed accurately and performed quality assurance within stipulated timeline. You will track and organise medical records. You will arrange for transfer of document (or release of information) when required for scanning (or files retrieval), to respective clinics, wards or institutions. You will provide administrative support for medical records management in the Medical Records Office. You will attend to phone or walk-in enquiries. You are expected to ensure high degree of confidentiality and accuracy is maintained in medical records management. You will also assist in projects and any other ad-hoc duties as and when required.
