Provide administrative support in payment and procurement process.
Liaise with vendors and the Central Finance Office on all invoicing and payment matters.
Manage applications and process payments for interns, within NUS and externally.
Submit and process staff claims/ travel requests in NUS system.
Prepare agenda and minutes-taking for monthly operation meetings, where needed .
Support onboarding administration for new staff.
Keep track of AICET\'s assets and facilitating the annual asset verification exercise.
Plan and execute key AICET publicity events
Coordinate event logistics, manage timelines, and ensure successful delivery of each event
Assisting in any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Reporting Manager.
Qualifications
Diploma/Degree in any field with 5 to 10 years of relevant working experience.
Proficient in MS Office Applications
Resourceful with good communication skills, and a team player.
1 year employment contract will be offered, subject to renewal of contract
