The role supports institutional reporting and data management related to Continuing Education and Training (CET). It involves coordinating and consolidating data across multiple systems and CET units, preparing reports for submission to university management, the Board of Trustees, the Ministry of Education (MOE), and SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG). The incumbent will also be responsible for enhancing data monitoring processes, developing dashboards, and providing analytical insights to support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Reporting and Data ManagementCoordinate and consolidate data from various CET units and systems for regular reporting to university management, Board of Trustees, MOE, and SSG.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of data submissions and reports.
Maintain proper documentation and version control of reporting templates and datasets.
2. Data Analysis and Dashboard DevelopmentAnalyse CET performance indicators and learner data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
Work with relevant stakeholders to design and maintain dashboards for tracking key metrics and reporting outcomes.
Support the development and automation of reporting workflows to improve efficiency and data accuracy.
3. Process Improvement and Data Landscape ReviewReview and map the current CET data landscape across systems and units.
Recommend improvements to data collection, integration, and monitoring processes.
Support the implementation of digital tools or data platforms to enhance reporting capabilities.
4. Stakeholder Engagement and CoordinationEngage and collaborate with internal stakeholders including CET units, SSG liaison officers, Finance, and Alumni Relations Office to ensure data alignment and reporting accuracy.
Provide administrative and analytical support for meetings, reviews, and audits related to CET reporting.
Liaise with external partners or agencies (e.g. SSG) on data-related requirements and submissions.
Job Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Information Management, or a related discipline.
3-5 years of relevant experience in administrative reporting, data management, or institutional planning (experience in CET or higher education preferred).
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau).
Meticulous, organized, and able to manage multiple reporting timelines concurrently.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Proactive in identifying process improvements and digital solutions for data reporting.
