What the role is:Senior Executive / Assistant Manager, Finance (Grants & Projects)What you will be working on:JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Project/Grant Management \xe2\x80\xa2 Administer grants from Parent Ministry as well as programmes/project funding from different agencies. These include the submission of claims, tracking of budget and utilisation, ensuring usage of grants according to terms and conditions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare periodic grant claim submissions, financial reports and analysis according to both external and internal requirements. \xe2\x80\xa2 Liaise with relevant government authorities, internal stakeholders and auditors on grant submissions and audit certifications. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide financial advisory and support to project team and project managers. Automation/ Dashboard \xe2\x80\xa2 Collaborating with the internal stakeholders to plan and design automated processes using different tools such as Microsoft Power Platform to increase efficiency \xe2\x80\xa2 Support finance users in reporting needs including creation and maintenance of financial dashboards. \xe2\x80\xa2 Deliver training and assistance to teams for the adoption of new automated processes and systems. \xe2\x80\xa2 Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.What we are looking for:JOB REQUIREMENTS \xe2\x80\xa2 Qualification in suitable disciplines including Business, Finance, Accounting, IT or Engineering. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in project/grants management, financial data analytics, including data visualisation and statistical analysis. \xe2\x80\xa2 Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and automation/data visualisation tools. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in Workday system will be advantageous \xe2\x80\xa2 Good communication (written and verbal) and analytical skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to multi-task and perform under pressure to meet deadlinesAbout Temasek Polytechnic:Established in 1990, Temasek Polytechnic (TP) is a leading institution of high learning nestled by the idyllic shores of Bedok Reservoir in Tampines.
