Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore\'s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.

Mandai Wildlife Group advocates for biodiversity, contributes leading wildlife research, develops innovative solutions to promote living sustainably, and collaborates with conservation partners in Singapore and Southeast Asia.

The Group provides funding and in-kind support to Mandai Nature for conservation work across Southeast Asia.

Mandai X is the growth accelerator and venture building arm of Mandai Wildlife Group that sparks, catalyses and accelerates innovative ventures in completely new domains that drive growth and impact at scale.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

This role will report to Assistant Vice President, Emerging Products and help to develop products under the Ranger Buddies brand that engages our target audience of families with children and educators.

\xc2\xb7 Support the development of digital products for use within and outside of Mandai precinct.

\xc2\xb7 Gather user requirements and guest insights and translate it to user stories.

\xc2\xb7 Map digital user journey and refine touchpoints to improve conversions and engagement.

• Create and manage project timelines, ensuring critical milestones are met throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Coordinate prototype development, testing and validation, collecting and analysing data to inform product refinements.
• Conduct product analysis, user testing and gather feedback to evaluate product usability, functionality and overall customer experience.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies and advancements in product development methodologies to enhance product offerings.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developer agency, designers, educators, IT team, marketing to ensure that timelines and product is developed to quality.

Job Requirements

\xc2\xb7 Candidates with minimum 2 years\' experience in a UI/UX and project management role.

\xc2\xb7 Excellent verbal and written proficiency in English.

\xc2\xb7 Keen to learn with a positive attitude.

\xc2\xb7 Good team player, able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

\xc2\xb7 Has a deep interest in nature, wildlife and public education.

\xc2\xb7 Able to work on weekends and public holidays where required.

\xc2\xb7 Proficient in Microsoft office, Figma, Miro a bonus.
