Senior Executive / Assistant Manager (Reference Librarian) JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: \xe2\x80\xa2 Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to increase awareness of library services and digital resources. \xe2\x80\xa2 Produce and curate user education and engagement content for students and staff. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide support and guidance to students and staff in the use of library\'s resources, facilities, services and projects. \xe2\x80\xa2 Evaluate new learning tools and resources in accordance with the curriculum. \xe2\x80\xa2 Evaluate Assess the usage of e-resources by using data analytics dashboard. \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct online and face-to-face library orientation briefings and learning journeys for students and staff. \xe2\x80\xa2 Carry out work improvements through automation, technology (e.g. GenAI), and data analytics to enhance library\'s services. \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform counter and after-office-hour library duties. \xe2\x80\xa2 Contribute to the development of library policies, new services and digitalization initiatives. \xe2\x80\xa2 Participate in Joint Poly Libraries projects and campus digitalization initiatives. The level of offer will commensurate with applicants\' experience and track records. JOB REQUIREMENTS: \xe2\x80\xa2 Tertiary education in library and information sciences or equivalent with three years of working experience in a library environment. \xe2\x80\xa2 IT-savvy with proactive learner mindset, meticulous, resourceful, analytical and service oriented. \xe2\x80\xa2 Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong time-management and project management skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in photo and video editing, data analytics skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficiency in social media tools and platforms.
