Job Description


What the role is:Senior Executive / Assistant ManagerWhat you will be working on:

  • Provide admin, procurement and logistic support to core functions of the department
  • Support/Lead in the running of various activities for startups, including workshops and events
  • Support/mentor startups
  • Support/manage social media accounts
  • Manage programmes that supports the growth and development of startups, including funding schemes
  • Support/manage relationships with external partners (e.g. incubators, accelerators, venture capitalists) to catalyse growth of startups
What we are looking for:
  • Meticulous, resourceful and independent
  • Possess initiative, drive, sense of responsibility and task ownership
  • Good team player with strong organizing and problem-solving skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work well with people at all levels
  • IT savvy and good branding/marketing skills
  • Previous work experience working in a startup or incubator will be an advantage but not necessary
