Coordinate and execute the organizational sustainability gap analysis together with a consultant. The analysis will include establishing a baseline of TP\xe2\x80\x99s Energy, Water, Waste (including chemical waste), and GHG Emissions; development of a permanent data collection platform for monitoring; performing materiality analysis; and developing a comprehensive road map to achieve net zero.
Consolidate sustainability data and prepare a comprehensive ESG report using up to date international reporting frameworks.
Develop the organizational environmental policies which includes energy management, waste management, water management, carbon emission management, green procurement and condemnation, IT management and staff stewardship.
Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sustainability, waste management, and sourcing.
Identify areas for improvement and propose strategies to enhance sustainability performance.
Stay updated with relevant environmental regulations and certifications
Staff, student, partners and community engagement
Support sustainability engagement with internal and external stakeholders
Support TP in various internal and external training programmes, management of events, as well as other school and polytechnic level committee work
Prepare and update organizational collaterals, website and social media on all sustainability matters
Industry scan
Perform industry scan on the latest sustainability solutions and know-hows and the demand of the industries.
Facilities and Operations
To initiate, run, coordinate and oversee projects to pilot sustainability solutions in campus. This will involve supervising students and working with external partners
[What we are looking for]
Minimum of two years in preparing Sustainability Report and familiarity with Sustainability reporting standards
Familiarity with emerging governance framework / standards
Knowledge in environment and climate change, carbon footprint, energy efficiency, and Environmental
Strong project and stakeholder management and skills
Ability to work independently with key stakeholders, multi-task, adapt and operate in an environment of high ambiguity is valued
Build relevant linkages to colleagues in other departments and be comfortable with working in a fast-paced and highly matrixed work environment
