The Regional Sr. Executive is responsible for promoter support programs across countries within the assigned region, in line with the regional brand and category objectives and strategy: . Develop an The Regional Sr. Executive is responsible for promoter support programs across countries within the assigned region, in line with the regional brand and category objectives and strategy: . Develop and implement regional promoter support programs. . Lead market-level execution and evaluate performance. This retail channel marketing role will revolve and grow over time to meet practice and market demands. The selected individual will be expected to embrace such changes and rise to the challenge of developing skills over time. YOU WILL: 1. Regional Promoter Program Management (All Brands) Analysis of current market situation, program development (setting objectives, by-market strategies and programs) and program execution. Implement and enhance existing support programs including, but not limited to: - Soft-skills Training - Engagement Platforms (FB Community Pages) - Sales Tools - Incentive/Rewards Program Brief and manage creative agencies for program requirements. 2. In-Store Promoter Monitoring and Evaluation (All Brands) Identify and share best practices across the region. Maintain the APAC Promoter Database 3. NPD Toolkit Development (American Standard) Develop, in collaboration with Brand and Product Marketing, retail channel launch assets (In-Store Display & POSM + Activations Toolkits) Brief and manage creative agencies for toolkit requirements. Work collaboratively with local trade, brand and regional product marketing teams to understand promoter-related objectives and strategies. Track & monitor usage of developed assets within all launching markets. 4. Regional Campaign Management (American Standard) Develop, in collaboration with Brand Marketing, campaign-related in-store launch assets (Display & POSM + Activations Toolkits) Brief and manage creative agencies for toolkit requirements. Track & monitor usage of developed assets within all launching markets. 5. Market Research Provide support to B2C channel leader in planning and executing region-led market research. 6. Reporting NPD gate status tracking. Marketing budget tracking. Prepare other reports as required. 7. Standards and Processes Comply with marketing standards and assist with the development/improvement of marketing standards and processes over time 8. Miscellaneous Facilitate monthly APAC Marketing Meetings. Support B2C Leader in the PDCA Review of Priority NPDs and Promotions YOU HAVE: Qualifications University Degree in Business or Marketing Work Experience At least 2 years marketing experience in any industry Skills: Planning and Organization Skills Coordination and Project Management Skills People Skills Written & Verbal Communication Skills (English) Computer Skills (MS Office) Characteristics: A positive team player Flexible and adaptable Proactive and dynamic Demonstrates initiative and personal leadership Creativeand innovative
