DESIGNATION : Senior Executive, Omni-channel Marketing

RESPONSIBILITIES
The candidate will be responsible for the execution of Omni-Channel and Offline-to-Online (O2O) marketing strategy for our FairPrice O2O Business division. The Omni-Channel Marketing Specialist will develop and execute marketing strategies at scale to drive users acquisition for our FairPrice mobile app and revenue growth for the business. The individual must be able to deal with ambiguity, and possess excellent interpersonal and critical thinking skills to work with multiple stakeholders.
Primary Responsibilities

  • Design, build an execute go-to-market plans and integrated marketing campaigns that drive business objectives and commercial results
  • Work closely with the analytics team to gather and analyze actionable consumer insights to integrate with business planning and drive scalable marketing growth
  • Identify, advise and consult on key issues and improvement opportunities and help to deliver potential solutions that drive value creation. Develop relevant metrics to track success, course correcting as appropriate
  • Work in close collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive business objectives and FairPrice mobile app adoption
  • Strong knowledge of trends in the eCommerce and Retail industry is a must to affect the strategy/direction of the product solutions
  • Strong understanding of mobile app marketing is a must to drive FairPrice mobile app adoption
  • Experience with planning and executing offline marketing materials such as Point of Sales Materials (POSMs) is a bonus
  • Experience with digital marketing tools - Google Marketing Platforms and Facebook for Business is a bonus

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Have strong stakeholder management, critical thinking, problem solving and decision making
  • Possess the ability to inspire and influence key internal and external stakeholders and build and manage wider relationships
  • Highly analytical and methodical in your approach to problem solving
  • Have excellent communication skills and be able to communicate with the business at all levels
  • Resilience, driven and getting-things-done mindset
  • Proficiency in excel is a must, familiarity with GA360, Data Studio and SQL is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:
  • At least 1 - 3 years of experience in marketing for eCommerce and Retail; preferably experiences in mobile app marketing, product marketing, campaign management and management consultancy
