Our brands & category partnership team a strategic team of trade marketers who truly work interde-pendently. Whether supporting our commercial campaign planning, digital initiatives, loyalty program, and driving brands partners\' marketing strategies, we are constantly finding ways to optimize our partnership with brands to drive engagement with our clients.
Your Role At Sephora
As an Senior Executive, Brand Partner Marketing, you will be responsible for supporting the team with Marketing strategies & plans for Sephora brand partners that drive sales and keep Sephora competitive and beloved by clients. In addition you will serve as:
Roles and Responsibilities include:
Assisting the team with daily support across Key Brand Partners
Assisting with the day to day planning of our Brand Partners\' marketing communications by working closely with our Category Management team and Country marketing teams
Assisting with the briefing of marketing materials and communications by working closely with Regional Creative team via our internal creative platform
Supporting deadlines by prioritizing key campaigns across the brands and the overall team
Assist with the planning of partner brands\' key launches and strategies with various departments
Assist with the collation and sharing of information for promotional campaigns
Assist with pulling reports and basic analysis via our internal data platform to measure Brand performance
Updating and maintaining the marketing department\'s documentation, merchandising and budget sheet and contributing to internal reports.
Requirements
Degree in relevant discipline (Marketing, mass communication, PR & Advertising or Business)
At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in retail industry.
Sound understanding of marketing principles, with strong copy/ content writing skills.
Proven project management skills
Strong organizational skills.
Confident with all Microsoft Office packages, basics designing skills using Adobe InDesign and Photoshop or relevant software is an advantage.
Personable, presentable and articulate. An excellent networker.
Eager to contribute new ideas and be up to date with the latest beauty trends
Quick-thinking and adaptive in a high-paced environment
Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
