Job Description

We are looking for a resourceful and analytical individual to support the CEO in driving strategic initiatives, coordinating with key stakeholders, and uncovering growth opportunities. This role blends business support with data-driven insights to enable effective decision making and business development.

Support the CEO in identifying, exploring, and evaluating new business development opportunities. Prepare presentation materials, reports, and briefing notes to support meetings and strategic discussions. Extract, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to identify trends, operational gaps, and business opportunities. Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for internal teams and leadership. Maintain dashboards and tracking tools to monitor key performance indicators and project milestones. Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to coordinate meetings, track follow ups, and ensure timely progress on key initiatives. Support market research on industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities, and assist in coordinating relationship management efforts. Effectively manage time and priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism, composure, and strict confidentiality.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working in ambiguous situations, anticipates needs, and is confident in supporting the leadership team independently.
