Responsibilities

• Handle requests and enquiries on the usage of promotional spaces, push carts/kiosks and vending machines within the mall
• Lease out the mall\xe2\x80\x99s promotional spaces, e.g. atrium in accordance with the standards SOPs
• Lease out pushcarts / kiosks and vending machines and provide advice on design of displays if so required
• Plan and implement the tenancy mix for malls
• Support the malls in retail planning and implementing the tenancy mix
• Source and secure suitable tenants that fit into the desired tenant mix at the malls
• Handle leasing enquiries and make necessary recommendation of retail spaces at the malls to prospects
• Work with the malls to achieve optimum occupancy and desired tenant mix
• Work with malls to constantly strengthening and refreshing the trade mix with new and exciting concepts
• Conduct market research to keep abreast of retail market and trend
• Establish strong network with retailers and tenants

Duration:

• 2 Years Contract

Location:

• Tanjong Pagar

Working Hours:

• Mon to Fri, 8.30am to 6pm

Salary:

• Up to $4,000

Requirements

• Degree / Diploma in Business, Estate Management or equivalent
• Minimum 3 year of relevant experience in the real estate industry, preferably in the leasing sector
• Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
• Possess positive disposition and resourcefulness and a team player
• Sound understanding of the real estate and retail industries preferably in shopping complex
• Computer literate with strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong report writing and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task and an eye for details
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines
