(Retail) Senior/Executive, Marketing Communication (contract)

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Enhance shopping experience through mall-wide campaigns and events to drive traffic and spend in the mall.
• Support team on campaign management - conceptualization to execution, source for partnerships and new marketing initiatives.
• Support overall efforts in community partnerships and CSR initiatives.
• Support team to identify and reach out to potential opportunities and maximise the mall\'s casual leasing revenue through atrium, promotional spaces, media spaces and push carts.
• Build and foster good relationships with tenants and garner participation in the mall\'s marcom activities.
• Liaison with advertising agencies, tenants, contractors, and event companies to ensure successful launches of all projects and events.
• Support centre team on creating, updating, and managing all marketing materials.
• Collaborate on Group-wide marcom initiatives as required.
• End to end administration of the whole marketing communication process.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Communications/Marketing/Business or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience a plus with shopping mall, retail, or ad agency environment.
• Experience in using design software such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator will be a plus.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team in a constantly evolving environment.
• Detailed oriented, organizational and time management skills with experience in a deadline-driven environment.
• Highly energetic, self-motivated and a creative team plater with a keen eye for details.
• Good written and spoken communication skills.
