1. Work with manager and key stakeholders to support the activities in the following key areas:
a. Planning
Develop and Review of Workflows, Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions and Business Continuity Plans (BCP) for the efficient running of services and excellent patient experience
Develop, Review and Maintain scenarios, drills and resource planning for hospital-wide table-top exercises and full-dress rehearsals
b. Procurement
Administrative and secretariat support for purchase-related activities for medical and non-medical equipment including hospital-wide standardization of equipment and workflows, management of funds, procurement, evaluation, and award \xe2\x80\xa2 Management of timelines to ensure timely follow-up and closure of key action items
Logistics and meeting arrangements
c. Clinical Operations
Support of clinical department in the service development for approved LMCs through analysis of service needs
Data collection and analysis to support justification and utilization studies
Work with doctors and nurses to operate the existing services and facilities and future facilities under the department
d. Setup work for Go-Live
Coordination work related to infrastructure and system readiness
Coordination of manpower readiness for ancillary staff including training and orientation
Inventory building and management for equipment, supplies and consumables including support of key delivery activities for opening
2. Where directed by Head or Director, Clinical Operations, to support in other related projects and tasks.
3. JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education / Training / Experience * University Degree
Some working experience in operations is preferred but not required
Healthcare experience is a bonus
