Manage communication channels e.g. email, website, social media
Create content for communication channels e.g. patient stories, events, opinion pieces, community news
Develop collateral to drive exposure for, including upcoming move to new building
Manage media interviews/filming requests
Assist in Annual Report production
Support in all key projects e.g. the Brand Refinement exercise, website revamp and Heritage Project
Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure brand guidelines adherence
Housekeeping - monitor and collates relevant news and articles, and updating of CD media library.
Marketing Communications
Develop and execute publicity campaign to support events such as Charity Fun Day, Direct Appeal and Charity Dinner, including collateral production and Public Relation efforts
Key driver for digital communications for call for donations
Support production of publicity materials for patient/family education
Public Relations
Increase exposure for through various media
Requirements:
Min Degree in public relations, marketing or communications
At least 2 years of experience in communications and projects/events management. Candidates with experience in healthcare industry would be at an added advantage
Good team player who is able to support the team members in achieving organization goals and project timelines
Great interpersonal skills, self-motivated and detail oriented
Knowledge in HTML, Coding and Microsoft SharePoint will be an added advantage but not a necessary requirement.
