Overview

Oversee and coordinate the Customer Care function with the objective of meeting company goals and targets including on-time delivery to Customers.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Order Fulfillment
  • Own the entire order fulfillment process from order entry, delivery to revenue recognition
  • Effectively engage with external customers and channel partners, factories, logistics partners and other cross functional departments to ensure delivery and revenue commitments are met
  • Respond to customer queries and manage customer returns, and ensure issues are resolved promptly and satisfactorily
  • Manage Customer Request Dates and Past Due Orders to meet On-Time Delivery targets
  • Support weekly sales forecast and ensure commitments are met
  • Ensure orders and invoicing are in compliance with company policies
Inventory Management
  • Handle and receive all incoming goods, packing for local and overseas deliveries, conduct inventory count
Import & Export
  • Maintain shipping records, prepare packing/shipping documents for inbound and outbound shipments
  • Handle Letter of Credit negotiation and certificates of origin
Process Improvement
  • Review processes and implement changes to establish effective and efficient workflow
Others
  • Comply and adhere to regulatory and company policies
  • Support the internal and external audits, ISO, GDPMDS, Bizsafe etc.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in any related discipline with at least 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 of Order Management experience
  • Working knowledge of SAP R/3 Sales and Distribution (SD) module
  • Experience in supply chain and logistics handling
  • Experience in handling Letters of Credit, knowledge of import/export control, certificates of origin including liaise with Chambers of Commerce for certification
  • Experience in handling Carnet will be an advantage
