JOB DESCRIPTION
Jointly with the Leasing Team, consistently review the leasing strategy plan to improve on the retail mix, maximise occupancy and rent income
Active prospecting for desirable tenant mix, including cold calling, site viewing etc.
Negotiation on new and renewal leases
Preparation and tracking of lease documentation, e-filing and update lease management system
Monitor and track tenants' performance and compliance with the lease agreement
Preparation of leasing meeting slides, marketing kit and management report
Establish and maintain good landlord-tenant relationships, tenant management
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in retail mall
Good written and spoken communication skills, with strong negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills
Meticulous, ability to multi-task and work within tight timeline
Possess positive disposition, independent, resourceful and a team player
Requirement as a CEA registered salesperson is a must
Proficient in Microsoft office, especially in Excel
