We are looking for a driven and passionate Senior Executive, Retail Marketing and CRM, fully responsible for driving, managing and executing of retail marketing & e-tailer activations & CRM within Singapore to build the Fresh brand through engaging experiences and activations to recruit, nurture and retain the guests . This role will report to the Singapore Marketing Manager.
Being the key driver for retail & CRM marketing, he/she will spearhead, lead, strategize, plan and execute retail activation plans for fresh retail through animations, promotion, event and CRM programming to achieve customer acquisition, retention for brand development through sales growth. To succeed in this role, the successful candidate should be a marketing professional with a strong understanding of beauty marketing and activations in the channels (both retail and digital), business savvy with a good understanding of CRM activations and staging retail marketing activations in Singapore.
A highly personable personality is key for the success to be the bridge of the brand with retailers, brand retail team and internal stakeholders. Understanding of how to optimise channel growth and development through consumer engagement and data is key.
This role reports to the Singapore Marketing Manager.
