Job Summary





The

Executive/Senior Executive, Digital & Operations

is responsible for driving digital transformation, optimizing operational workflows and overseeing data-driven marketing initiatives. This role focuses on enhancing patient care, streamlining clinical and administrative processes, and ensuring effective digital marketing strategies - including social media, SEO and patient engagement campaigns - are executed in compliance with healthcare regulations. This role combines strategic digital initiatives with operational efficiency to improve healthcare delivery, reduce costs, and support data-driven decision-making.





Key Responsibilities



1.

Digital & Healthcare Transformation



Implementation of digital health solutions including EHR/EMR systems, telemedicine platforms, and AI-driven diagnostics Serve as system administrator for LinkDr CMS & Carestream PACs Evaluate emerging technologies (Iot, blockchain, predictive analytics) to improve care delivery

2.

Operations & Compliance



Oversee annual GDPMDS surveillance audit, ensuring all documentation and processes maintain certification Manage all licensing matters for import/sales of medical devices, including NEA and MOH licensing Coordinate with IT Infrastructure contractor on all IT operations matters Support on maintenance and property matters

3.

Digital Marketing & Patient Outreach



Liaise with external marketing and Google agencies on social media strategy and digital campaigns for Medical Centre, 2 nursing homes and 9 senior activity centres Ensure all marketing content complies with MOH, AIC and healthcare advertising regulations

4.

Vendor & Project Management



Act as Project Manager for NEHR and Healthier SG initiatives, liaising with vendors Coordinate with equipment vendors for maintenance and service contracts Manage relationships with EHR vendors, telehealth providers, and medical device companies

5.

Regulatory Compliance & Security



Maintain compliance with relevant government agencies (for eg. NEA) and other healthcare regulations Implement cybersecurity measures for patient data protection and management

6.

Administrative & Ad-Hoc Duties



Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management Ensure smooth coordination between Clinical, Sales, and all Support teams

Qualifications & Skills



1. Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business/IT/Marketing/Communications


2. 3 years and above in work experience preferably in healthcare industry


3. Tech Savvy and good Project Management Skills


4. Hands-on and able to prioritize task


5. Work Environment: Onsite with some travelling required to other facilities


6. 5 days work week. However, must be on standby for Saturdays.


7. Ideal to have skills in web design. Not a must.
