Student and Alumni liaison
Draft email correspondences to alumni on alumni activities and events to communicate with students and alumni on SSS activities and events
Management of the SSS both Outreach and Alumni databases
Communicate Work-Study Scheme processes to students
Vendor management
Propose and source for vendor, event locations for suitable items as corporate gifts, marketing collaterals or sponsorship items for the Alumni Events, Student Club and external parties etc
Communicate with vendors for scheduling appointments/enquiries, procurement and deliveries of items
Stock management
Maintain the database of all physical corporate giveaways for SLOC, ER & Alumni
EDM & General Marketing
Perform general marketing activities including putting up electronic direct mail (EDM) using design software
General Administrative Duties
General administrative support, notwithstanding the arrangement of appointments, preparation of letters, scheduling of courses, processing of payments, in relation to Alumni and SL related programs.
Requirements:
Degree holders with 2-3 years relevant admin and/or digital marketing and/or events experience preferred.
Familiarity with Sitefinity CMS, WordPress preferred.
General working knowledge: Mailchimp, Brevo, Adobe Suite, Canva etc preferred.
The candidate must be prepared/willing to support beyond working hours/weekends. However, the candidate will be compensated.
