[What the role is]
As a senior executive/executive in Airport Development and Planning (ADP) division, your key role is to provide administrative support to senior officers in relation to airport developmental works of Changi and Seletar Airports.
[What you will be working on]
Provide administrative support in coordinating/monitoring division training, budget, finance procurement processes, and general office management. This involves checking and tracking of submitted documents and invoices, and monitoring cashflow of funds disbursement for ongoing airport related projects. Role also includes technical support in drafting, checking and editing of computer aided drawings for airport planning and land related matters.
[What we are looking for]
- Trained in any discipline, preference for Accounting and Management
- At least 2 years of related administration support work experience
- Good verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive work attitude and willingness to learn
- Prior airport related experience is advantageous
- Familiarity with use of CAD system and knowledge in procurement functions.
