What the role is:As a Senior Executive/Executive (Human Resource), you will be part of a dynamic team who performs the full spectrum of HR activities to create a motivated workforce to carry out VITAL\'s mission effectively and achieve its strategic goals.What you will be working on:Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Supporting the HR activities and monitoring that the cases are processed timely \xe2\x80\xa2 Providing administrative support in the implementation of HR policies and strategies \xe2\x80\xa2 Providing support in the review of existing processes \xe2\x80\xa2 Assisting in processing data for timely and accurate reporting \xe2\x80\xa2 Providing timely updating of personnel data in HR systems \xe2\x80\xa2 Supporting organisation-wide events organised by HR \xe2\x80\xa2 Managing and handling enquiries on HR mattersWhat we are looking for:Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 A polytechnic diploma, preferably in Human Resource Management/Business Studies with at least 2 years of relevant working experience. \xe2\x80\xa2 Keen interest in HR work. HR work experience in public service would be an advantage. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good working attitude, independent and able to work effectively in a team. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good oral and written communications skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to work well with people and have an aptitude to want to constantly improve and enhance work processes.About VITAL:Looking to make an impact in your career?
