Job Description
Senior Executive / ExecutiveAs part of Operations (Integrated Care Hub), you will provide operations and administrative support in the clinical services initiatives or programme planning for TTSH-Integrated Care Hub (ICH).Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:a) Drive the planning and development of clinical services initiatives and programmes for TTSH-ICHb) Assist in the crafting of strategies, set up operational processes and workflow designsc) Execute a coordinating role with associated business units and partners to achieve project progress or milestones within the stipulated timeline.d) Provide operations support in clinical projects implementation in ICH, including tracking of deliverables and outcomes.f) Support the planning on various projects and eventse) Provide the necessary administrative and secretariat support to assigned portfoliosREQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor\'s degree
- 2 or more years of work experience is advantageous (healthcare experience in hospital development/project management preferred).
- Team player with ability to exercise initiative, manage pressure, multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment is a must
- Meticulous and analytical, possess good organizational and coordination skills as well as good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good writing and presentation skills
- Proficiency in MS office applications and a flair for numbers are essential.
