JOB SCOPE

The primary responsibility of the Senior Executive - Facilities Finance is to carry out the financial reporting, planning and analysis, internal control monitoring and monthly review process. This position will liaise closely with Facilities departments, Finance departments and other MBS departments. At the same time, this position will work closely with P2P team to provide financial numbers for reporting purpose.

Reporting to the Senior Manager - Facilities Finance, you will deliver the following:

Responsibilities:

• Perform monthly OPEX forecasting for Facilities departments
• Perform monthly CAPEX forecasting for Facilities departments
• Handle verification and reconciliation of P&L monthly actual transactions
• Verify month end OPEX and CAPEX accruals
• Preparation of decks for monthly review with Finance departments
• Preparation of decks for internal Facilities Departments monthly review
• Maintain listing of Project Requisition Form and maintenance contracts
• Be the liaison party with MBS Finance Departments for any finance related matters
• Support in annual budgeting process
• Support any other adhoc finance and process improvement projects

Skills / Experience:

• Experience in using TM1 Cognos
• Experience in using Power BI (preferred)
• Experience in using Ariba (preferred)
• At least 5 years working experience in finance
• Experience in the large-scale properties such as Integrated Resort, Hospitality, Mixed Development, MICE etc. is ideal
• Good understanding and appreciation of the dynamics of organizational change
• Ability to communicate and work at all levels of the organization
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite applications is a pre-requisite.
• An ability and interest in working in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment

Education & Certification

• Tertiary qualification(s) in the fields of Accountancy / ACCA is a pre-requisite
