The Job

Reporting to the Manager, this role will be part of the CapitaLand Group Infrastructure Operations team to provide support for all activities related to IT networks infrastructure and Property openings.

Responsibilities

As part of the Client Services team, the incumbent will perform the following IT services:

Support property operations such as infrastructure, property systems (e.g. Car park, Public Wifi) in shopping malls, residential/commercial buildings, Biz Parks and/or hospitality environment.

Work effectively with the end user community and with respective IT teams to ensure efficiency of the systems that are implemented to support the business.

Define project scope, create and maintain a project plan with resource estimation, time and budget requirements and establish deadlines.

Negotiate and manage outsourcing vendors and ensure timely delivery of their deliverables.

Responsible for delivery of projects as defined in the project scope and within project budget and project timeline.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Computer Engineering/Science or Information Technology-related course

Experience in supporting property IT operations is highly preferred

Experience with the following IT network skill set:

Cisco network products including configuration of devices like Cisco ASA/FTD firewall, routers and switches. Knowledge Meraki and HP network products is a plus

Classless subnetting, TC/IP protocols and layers of OSI model

Fault isolation and break-fix for network issues

Knowledge of SDWAN is a plus

Experience in supporting End User Technology across multiple geographies

Excellent project management, analytical and organization skill

Customer focused with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Certification in ITIL, PMP/CITPM or CCNA will be an added advantage

Able to work effectively in a team
