Description
- Support the engagement of external partners and stakeholders to achieve alignment on project outcomes, deliverables and implementation plans
- Implement and coordinate pilots and programme in close collaboration with stakeholders
- Support internal process documentation that would aid in knowledge management and SOP/playbook development.
- Support project lead/s in stakeholder engagement, including taking notes of minutes, meeting coordination and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Provide administrative and logistical support to the programmes
- Prepare presentation and reports for internal teams and/or external partners
- Assist in managing project timelines meticulously to ensure on-time delivery within scope, including budget disbursement and contract management with multiple stakeholders.
- Undertake any other duties as assigned.
- Degree in the area of health sciences, business, social sciences, economics or other health related disciplines would be advantageous
- Relevant experience, preferably in healthcare, social and/or community related sectors
- Strong writing skills and experienced in documentation and process mapping.
- Attention to detail and has good time management skills
- Excellent inter-personal and people management skills
