Job Description

As part of the HRIS & Data Analytics team, you will support the HR division in achieving operational efficiency through the optimal use of technology and HR applications & draw insights from data to deliver a delightful employee experience for the KSL Group.
Responsibilities may include but not limited to the below:

• Support the exploration & implementation of new technologies relevant for the future of work by collaborating effectively with colleagues across functions as well as external vendors
• Support & contribute to initiatives to drive operational efficiency in HR process using technology
• Support the development & deployment of people dashboards and HR metrics to provide actionable insights for KSL leaders
• Optimise and implement new data processes and systems
• Prepare reporting & analysis on HR data
• Provide technical assistance & guidance to colleagues on SAP SuccessFactors and other applications and Sharepoint
• Configure and enhance SAP SuccessFactors
• Deliver operational excellence by ensuring 100% data accuracy at all times

• 
  Bachelors degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field required.
• At least one year of related experience required.
• Experience with Sharepoint administration.
• Ability to handle and manage large set of data and maintain data confidentiality.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, advanced Excel knowledge, and ability to create charts and presentations.
• Familiarity with HR Operations such as employee life cycle, payroll, employee benefits.
• Experience in configuring and providing HRIS technical support. Knowledge of SuccessFactors is preferred.
• Knowledge of Python and other BI tools is preferred
• Excellent organizational skills and meticulous to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Strong research, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
