Job Description

Key accountabilities




Preparation of the regular monthly and quarterly reports such as the headcount reports, attrition reports and the quarterly Balanced Scorecard report, as well as the provision of ad-hoc data/ information Provision of the 1st and 2nd tier system and process support to HR business partners and specialists System change requests to setup values creation and minor enhancements Participation in the evaluation and implementation of the Human Resource Management Systems The conduct of HRMS data entry training for new HR colleagues Other ad-hoc duties as assigned




Qualifications & Experience




Degree/ Diploma in Human Resource Management/ Business Administration or Information Technology Preferably 2-3 years of HRIS support and participation in system implementation experience Knowledge of HR best practices and legislations Ability to interact with all levels of employees Strong team player and can work with minimal supervision Independent and has initiative * Proficient in Microsoft Office and process thinking
