The Job
This position will be part of the HR People Operations team and will support the daily HR operations for a Business Unit . The incumbent will partner closely with the business group HR Business Partners and report to Senior Manager of HR People Operations.
Responsibilities
Source candidates through recruitment websites and job boards to fill job vacancies in a timely manner.
Job posting management on the HRIS.
Conduct interviews with hiring managers and facilitate the recruitment process
Manage relationship with business unit and HRBPs
Work closely with HR Shared Services to handle the on-boarding process for new hires, confirmation cases as well as off-boarding process for employee exits.
Facilitate internal transfer of employees within the Group
Deliver HR services in an effective and efficient manner; identify and resolve HR issues within the business unit if required
Provide support in the implementation of HR strategy and execution of any supporting programs
Assist in managing other talent-related Government-funded initiatives such as SGUnited Traineeship, Google Skills Ignition SG and Microsoft – Generation National Reskilling Initiative
Assist special projects, when required, including those related to the development and implementation of HR Systems and other ad hoc projects that may arise.
Provide administrative support as and when required

Possess basic photoshop and video-making skills
