The Senior HR Executive will support the Territorial HR Team to ensure the human resources strategies are in line with The Salvation Army policies, vision, mission and statutory requirements of respective countries.
Key responsibilities
1. Participate in HR projects for development and to improve processes.
2. Collect HR data to generate reports, insights, and analysis of HR issues.
3. Manage effective and efficient HR Management System.
4. Planning and executing the training framework and organizing regional trainings for the territory.
5. Assist with payroll matters.
6. Promote and encourage employee involvement in CSR initiatives.
7. Other HR duties as assigned.
