Job Description


Job Responsibility:

  • Responsible for recruitment, including job posting, screening of resume, and interview arrangement
  • Participate in job fairs and any other recruitment initiatives
  • Administer and co-ordinate internship programmes
  • Conduct new employee orientation
  • Process work pass applications, renewal and cancellation
  • Maintain and update employees\xe2\x80\x99 database on a timely and accurate manner
  • Assists in monthly payroll processing
  • Co-ordinate annual performance appraisal
  • Benefits administration
  • Office administration duties
Job Requirement:
  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of experience as HR Generalist with good experience in recruitment and work passes administration
  • Good written and verbal communication skills and able to interact with people at all levels
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong organisational, analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Meticulous and detail oriented
  • Positive working attitude and a good team player
