[What the role is]
PRINCIPAL/ SENIOR EXECUTIVE, HUMAN RESOURCE (1-YEAR TEMPORARY CONTRACT)
[What you will be working on]
You will be part of a team responsible for ensuring that LTA has effective talent attraction and development strategies to build a strong talent pipeline. You will:
a) Assist in scholars management through engagement and by addressing their queries
b) Coordinate the implementation of developmental programmes (e.g. internships) for studying scholars
c) Participate in outreach or publicity events and coordinate interview responses from talents for media articles
d) Support the administration of scholarship selection, from short-listing of candidates to interview and offer
e) Provide other support as assigned
