Roles & Responsibilities FotoHub is seeking an IT Executive responsible for providing support in the management of day-to-day IT functions. The potential talent is to ensure that the systems are reliable, monitored and functional to meet operational requirements. The IT Executive will also manage system administration for E-commerce, monitors security, support technology improvement, project initiatives and ensure proper IT housekeeping.
Job Responsibilities:

• Manage hardware and software installation, provide end-user support and maintenance of FotoHub infrastructure including Network, firewall, backups and email system.
• Perform IT troubleshooting, provide technical support and monitor activities for IT systems.
• Involved IT projects’ planning and implementations.
• Identify technology areas of improvement and develop scripts/solutions to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Responsible for systems administration of E-Commerce and Marketing.
• Support monitoring and compliance to IT security and privacy.
• Ensure proper housekeeping of IT assets and related documents.
• Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the Manager.

Requirements:

• Diploma in IT related discipline (Computer Science/Information Systems).
• 1 year of relevant IT experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Possess experience in operating IT systems (Mac OS, MS Windows & Linux), Google Apps platform and wired, wireless networks and troubleshooting.
• Good understanding and knowledge of Imaging software such as Adobe Suite including Photoshop and Premier.
• Preferably possess knowledge in programming applications such as Java / HTML JavaScript/ jQuery.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
