To realise this vision, MOHT's mission is to design and implement innovative solutions essential for the desired health system transformation.The Integrated Health Promotion (InHealth) team within MOHT envisions a Healthy Singapore where everyone is able to achieve & sustain physical, mental & social wellbeing. One of the projects under InHealth is Healthy Precinct- geographical locations with an environment and culture that supports people to achieve and sustain healthy lifestyles.The Healthy Precinct project seeks to create an environment and culture that facilitate a healthy way of life and encapsulates the ethos of health transformation. Through the work of health-in-all policies and empowerment of communities, the project aims to allow greater ownership and integration of health elements through the combination of working with public service agencies, regional health systems and community stakeholders. Key initiatives include the usage of the Healthy Precinct Framework which aims to guide decision making in boosting and sustaining a healthier community, supported by social-environmental requirements.You will be working on a new approach to encourage self-driven community activities with a focus on Health. You will work on developing the foundations for such activities with a team both within the organisation and partners to design, implement and evaluate this new approach.As part of the team, you will also support the Data, Tools and Platform workstream, and will be working closely with the broader team, and stakeholders to identify and understand gaps and opportunities, collaborate with partners to co-solution and support experimentation and evaluationDuties: Initiate, develop, implement and coordinate pilots and programmes in Healthy Precincts, in close collaboration with stakeholders, including the Regional Health System and other stakeholders in the social-health ecosystem. Develop and enhance tools to allow partners to understand their target population. Actively engage external partners and stakeholders to achieve alignment on project outcomes, deliverables and implementation plans Manage project timelines meticulously to ensure on-time delivery within scope Manage project resources to identify risks and assess budget impact Facilitate project meetings, see through follow-ups and deliver project presentations Facilitate cross-stakeholder learning, quality improvement and networking in areas relevant to the shaping of project mindshare Support the Data, Tools and Platform workstream by helping to co-design and develop the Healthy Precinct toolkit via agile approach (includes user research, wireframes, and evaluate success through usability testing and rapid experimentation) Support project lead/s and collaborate with key (internal and external) stakeholders in shaping data strategy, structuring data sets and generating analytical reports to support the entire programme lifecycle (includes identifying problem statements, understanding needs and gaps, tracking and evaluating outcomes) Provide administrative and logistical support towards the oversight of knowledge management (KM) platform (includes drafting of KM framework, organization of internal resource library, and driving change management across InHealth members). Undertake any other duties as assignedJob Requirements: At least 2 years of working experience preferably in community development Passionate about building great products and addressing stakeholders concerns Experience in healthcare or knowledge of the healthcare sector, and/ or of data analytics applied to health or social sector, will be an advantage Able to liaise and communicate effectively with stakeholders Possess good writing skills and an analytical mind Able to think critically and have good problem solving skills Organised, meticulous and good time management Able to work during non-office hours and weekends when requiredWhy Join Us?At MOHT, you can look forward to contribute meaningfully to the transformation of Singapore's health system.
