Responsibilities

• Manage, optimize, deployment, procurement, and disposal of IT assets

• IT asset life cycle (Planning, receiving, deploying, retiring)
• Ensure accuracy of all IT hardware and software asset database
• Responsible for IT asset management processes
• Responsible for IT procurement (E.g.: Tech refresh, software license renewal)
• Responsible for IT asset related request
• Participate in the workflow & process improvement and cost saving initiatives
• Deliver service improvements through enhancing customer experience
• Managing vendors and stakeholders\xe2\x80\x99 relationships
• Assist in ad hoc technology projects
• Participate in IT budget planning
• Perform yearly wall-to-wall asset sighting
• Perform asset reconciliation
• Perform IT email broadcast
• Maintain and enhance team portal

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in IT, or relevant disciplines
• Good knowledge in ServiceNow, Excel and computer hardware specification
• Possess excellent communication, customer oriented and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrate experience in documentation, report writing, and data analytics
• Meticulous, with a proven ability to innovate and work independently, and in a team
• Ability to design email communication broadcast will be an added advantage
• Ability to adapt in fast-paced environment
