Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Support various laboratory sections in day-to-day operations.
- To establish a QC management protocol to ensure the highest standard of laboratory results.
- To assist the Senior Laboratory Manager and various stakeholders in establishing a Laboratory Information System (LIS)
- Ensure that the laboratory complies with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Will be trained to get ready for managerial position
- Other ad hoc tasks assigned by Senior Manager
Laboratory Qualifications and Skills:
- Familiar with Total Laboratory Quality Management processes
- Knowledgeable about Laboratory Automation Systems (LAS)
- Proficient in using Laboratory Information Systems (LIS)
- Project management skills, including the ability to track and manage inventory
- Excellent multitasking skills
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Science, Medical Laboratory Science or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Clinical Lab
